What it takes

We cannot stress enough the importance of Green Motion's franchise selection process as it is the franchisees who form the backbone of our entire organisation.

In order to qualify for a Green Motion franchise we would ask you to assess the following points below in line with your own personal attributes.

• You must demonstrate a keen interest in the environment and support our organisation's overall environmental objectives
• While no formal qualifications are required, literacy, numeracy and computer skills are imperative
• You will need to hold a full and clean driving licence (limited points acceptable subject to conviction and status)
• Ideally you should have managerial and sales experience and/or have been self employed
• You will need to be an energetic self-starter with a professional approach to business

• You must be people orientated with excellent inter personal and communication skills
• You must have a love for working with people and must be capable of gaining and maintaining rapport with your customers
• You must be able to manage others effectively and have above average motivational skills
• You should be a hands on person who can pro-actively market your business, selling yourself, the Green Motion concept and the Green Motion experience
• You need to operate in alignment with Green Motion’s environmental values both in terms of your business and home life
• You must demonstrate entrepreneurial skills yet also show the ability and willingness to be a team player operating within the Green Motion system
• You must show commitment to the brand and have a loyal and consistent character
