Green Fleet Awards 2007

The climax of the 2007 Green Fleet series of events saw public and private sector organisations rewarded for their efforts in environmental fleet management and green motoring with a spectacular awards evening staged at the iconic East Winter Gardens - Canary Wharf, London.
The Green Fleet event, in association with GlobalLive and hosted by the Tower Hamlets Council, bestowed awards on the industry's leading companies responsible for greener motoring. The awards were presented by the broadcaster Quentin Wilson, one of Britain's best-known motoring authorities. Quentin spent over a decade presenting BBC's Top Gear alongside Jeremy Clarkson.
Green Motion Vehicle Rental was proud to participate in the Green Fleet awards ceremony, playing an active part by sponsoring the Dealership of the Year category. The award was won by Evans Halshaw - Citroen - in Mansfield. Joining Evans Halshaw - Citroen (UK) won the coveted award of Manufacturer of the Year. Other winners included Elektromotive - Industry Innovation Award and Green Tomato Cars - the Private Sector Innovation Award.
