Citroen joins Green Motions fleet.

Green Motion announced today the conclusion of vehicle supply deal with Citroen UK for the balance of 2007 and 2008. Green Motion has selected to feature low CO2 vehicles from Citroen including the C1, the C2, C3 and C4 featuring the stop and start technology.

Initial supply is coming from Evans Halshaw in Stony Stratford with the vehicles being funded by Citroen Contract motoring. Richard Lowden Green Motion's Managing Director said "I am delighted that we have agreed supply terms with Citroen UK and look forward to seeing the vehicles on our fleet" - Richard went on to say "We have chosen Citroen products as a result of their commitment and to produce vehicles with low CO2 emissions which also benefit from features such as stop and start which automatically turns the engine off when the vehicle is stationary resulting in lowering emissions.
