Green Motion presents the new eco friendly models from Volkswagen – Polo and Golf Bluemotion

Today visitors to the Yorkshire Green Fleet Event, run in conjunction with Sheffield County Council, Cenex and the Energy Saving Trust, weathered the storms to show their support for environmental fleet initiatives and the reduction of emissions associated to the automotive sector.

Green Motion Vehicle Rental was proud to show its support by exhibiting at the event, presenting vehicles from Volkswagen being the Polo and Golf Bluemotion.

Green Motion welcomed representatives from Sheffield County Council, Royal Mail, Faber Maunsell, Warwick University, Intelligent Energy and British Telecom all of which took a keen interest in the benefits of hiring environmentally friendly vehicles, especially those aligned with the new Bluemotion range from Volkswagen.

The Polo Bluemotion delivers a CO2 rating of 99g/km with an mpg of 74 with the Golf Bluemotion having a CO2 rating of 119g/km and an mpg of 65.3.
