Green Motion Palmers Green introduces Toyota Prius to their fleet

Today saw Green Motion’s first London based rental operation welcome the Toyota Prius onto its fleet. The occasion was marked by an official handover of the vehicle by Keith Barry, Green Motion’s national business development manager, to the location’s owners, Tasleem Akhtar and Javed Hadayat.

Javed said ‘we have received overwhelming interest from customers wanting to hire the Toyota Prius which is recognised as the iconic green vehicle and we are pleased to now be in a position to offer our customers in London the opportunity to rent these hybrid models.’

The Toyota Prius Hybrid offers class leading CO2 performance of 104g/km and great fuel economy with an average of 65.7mpg. The car is roomy enough to carry five adults and benefits from congestion charge exemption.
